Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests. However, in the following cases, we are committed to finding a fair and amicable solution for all parties:

Damaged Products

  • Notify FAITH FOODS/FOI/FFOIPL within 2-3 days of delivery via email at info@faithfoods.com.
  • Include the order number, a photo of the invoice, one outer box image, and two clear images of the damaged product.
  • If multiple items were shipped, only the damaged product may be returned and replaced.
  • We will replace the product(s) promptly and work to find a suitable resolution.
  • Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, with full assistance provided thereafter.

Missing Products

  • Notify FAITH FOODS/FOI/FFOIPL within 2-3 days of delivery via email at info@faithfoods.com.
  • Include the order number, a photo of the invoice, one outer box image, and two clear images of the opened box showing all received items.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted, but we will promptly re-send the missing product.
  • Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, with full assistance provided thereafter.

Spoiled Products

  • Notify FAITH FOODS/FOI/FFOIPL within 4-5 days of delivery via email at info@faithfoods.com.
  • Provide the order number, packaging/manufacture date, and clear images or video of the spoiled product.
  • Returns will not be accepted due to variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are natural and handmade, leading to batch differences. We ensure no compromise in quality and maintain maximum nutritional value.
  • We will work towards an amicable resolution and replace the product after due investigation.
  • Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, with full assistance provided thereafter.

Refund Policy

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
  • Any amount deducted will be refunded within 5 - 10 business days.
